The Cooking Lab is a recreational cooking school located in Port Washington, New York. Their hands-on cooking and baking classes for adults, teens and kids ages 8 and up focus on fundamental culinary and pastry skills, seasonal dishes and ethnic flavors. The Cooking Lab has an after-school program for kids as well as weeklong summer camps and school vacation day classes.
